What these terms cover

These terms apply only to browsing this marketing website, which DEV387 provides, and to sending the form. They do not grant access to the application, do not set a price, and are not a subscription contract, a service-level agreement or a data processing agreement. DEV387 is the service provider and invoicing party for the eCTD product. These website terms do not create that customer relationship.

For review: Before a customer uses the application, the following are required and do not exist yet: a customer agreement (scope, price, term, support, termination), a data processing agreement for dossiers and accounts, and an application privacy policy. That agreement should name DEV387. It must not be replaced by these website terms. The full registered name, registry details, VAT status and legal form are still unverified.

The text describes the product and is informational. It is not legal or regulatory advice and it is not an offer.

eCTD is not an official tool of the Agency for Medicinal Products and Medical Devices of Bosnia and Herzegovina (ALMBiH), and this site states no certificate or approval by a regulatory authority. A check inside the product does not mean a submission will be accepted.

Site content and permission to reuse it

The text, graphics, logo and screenshots were made for the eCTD product. This page does not say that the copyright has been assigned to DEV387. To ask permission for use beyond a short quotation with attribution, write to info@ectd.app.

For review: Confirm who owns the rights, the authors or DEV387. Do not state an assignment until that is verified.

Use of the form

Use the form for genuine enquiries. Automated or bulk sending, and attempts to disrupt the site, are not allowed.

What this site does not promise

This site does not promise that the information is complete, that the site will always be available, or that a submission prepared with the product will be accepted. No service is sold through this site, so there is no refund rule and no availability target.

For review: A lawyer needs to check whether any mandatory rule still applies to a free informational site, and to draft the liability terms in the customer agreement. Do not add a damages cap here without that advice.

Governing law

Governing law and the competent court are not stated, because they have not been decided.

For review: Proposal for discussion with counsel, not adopted: the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina and a court in BiH.
